kind of hard to figure out what's going on in the pic exactly, but here's my new shoulder after arthroscopic surgery. more pix from shoulder surgery slideshow on my flickr page.
aches a lot, but not as bad as i had feared. probably will have to max out on painkillers for a few days. disclaimer: prepare for groggy blogging ;)
